Microprocessor automatic control system for distributive electric network voltage
stabilization in place of reactive power static compensator installation is developed, produced
and tested. The main elements of compensator are: controlled reactor and non-regulated battery
of capacitors. ACS is realized on one-chip microcomputer KR1816VE51. Power losses are
reduced and energy customers working regimes is improved simultaneously with voltage
stabilization. (ACS driving block is shown at the picture).
